A Rug Showroom for Designers in Palm Beach County

Photographs are a poor way to choose a natural fiber rug. The sheen of fique changes with the angle of the light, a herringbone reads flat on screen and textured in person, and a copper thread that looks loud in a catalog photo is almost invisible from standing height. That is why we keep a showroom rather than working from a website alone. It is open by appointment to design professionals, and it is set up for working visits, not browsing.

Who the showroom is for

Interior designers, architects, decorators, stagers and retail buyers working on projects in South Florida or anywhere in the country. Designers often bring clients to confirm a direction, and that is welcome. We are trade-only, so we do not host walk-in retail visits; if you are a homeowner, we would be glad to meet you alongside your designer. The trade program page explains how an account works.

What you can see and handle

• Full-size rugs in the current collection, so you can judge scale, hand and how a weave behaves underfoot rather than guessing from a swatch.
• Fiber swatches of natural fique, the Colombian sisal, in undyed, bleached and dyed tones, plus wool and baby alpaca blends.
• Construction samples showing flatweave, basketweave, herringbone, twill and bouclé side by side.
• Metal-accent samples with copper and stainless steel threads, which only make sense once you have seen them move in real light.
• Edge and finish options, so you can specify a binding or fringe with confidence.

Areas we serve

Wellington

Our home base. Equestrian-season rentals and year-round estates in Wellington ask a lot of a rug: boots, dogs, sand from the arena and strong light. Tight flatweaves and mid-tone basketweaves in fique do well here. See our notes on rugs for equestrian homes.

West Palm Beach

Downtown condos, the historic neighborhoods along the water and the newer towers all come through the showroom. Custom sizes matter in these projects, where a standard rug rarely fits an open-plan living and dining space. We deliver and can meet installers on site.

Palm Beach

For island projects we often bring samples to the residence, since so many decisions depend on the existing stone, millwork and ocean light. Bleached fique, wool blends and quiet metal accents suit the formal rooms; durable natural tones handle the loggias and family spaces. Large-format living rooms and formal dining spaces in Boca and Delray often call for oversized rugs that are woven to the room rather than bought off a shelf. We quote those from a plan, and the showroom appointment is where the weave and color get settled.

Miami and Fort Lauderdale

For studios in Miami-Dade and Broward we usually start with a sample kit sent to the office, followed by a studio visit with selected rugs or a trip up to Wellington for a client presentation. Delivery to both counties is routine.

Beyond South Florida

Designers outside Florida work with us through the samples program and video calls, and rugs ship nationwide. Where is the Terra 203 showroom?

In Wellington, Florida, in western Palm Beach County, roughly twenty to thirty minutes from West Palm Beach and Palm Beach island. The exact address is shared when you book an appointment.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

No. The showroom is by appointment only so that a designer has the space, the samples and our full attention for the visit. Call, text, WhatsApp or email to set a time, including evenings and some weekends.

Can my client come to the appointment?

Yes. Many designers bring clients to see full-size rugs and handle the fibers. We follow the designer's lead in the conversation and do not discuss pricing with clients unless you ask us to.

Do you visit studios in Palm Beach, Jupiter, Boca Raton or Miami?

Yes. We bring sample sets and selected rugs to studios and job sites across Palm Beach County and South Florida. Tell us the project and the fibers you are considering and we will put a kit together.

What should I bring to a showroom appointment?

A furniture plan or room dimensions, photos of the space, and any fabric, paint or flooring samples you are working with. That is enough for us to suggest sizes, weaves and colors on the spot.
